Dear Residents of Cherry
Creek Vista South,
Our next Homeowners’
meeting is this Thursday June 9h. It will be at the Koelbel Library,
5955 S Holly Street, Centennial 80121, the forum room at 7:00 p.m. ALL Cherry
Creek Vista South residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Folks, we are truly in
need of some more volunteers for positions on the board and just in general to
assist in our continuous efforts towards improving and maintaining our
wonderful neighborhood. The commitment
is minimal but the output is significant, so please consider. Youths looking for community service hours
for school might be interested as well. We
still have a board member position available, if interested, please come to the
meeting. Please come to find out more
and if this might be an opportunity for you to get involved with the
neighborhood in other ways.
The agenda will follow
our basic procedure as follows:
- Public Comment - air noise control or other comments
from residents, concerns or issues – And Yes, you can leave right after
this portion if you would like
- President's Report - over of information in
neighborhood, issues, concerns and review of minutes to be voted for
approval
- Update for Attorney information for covenants
- Discussion on Open board seats
- Vice President's Report - Covenant discussion
- Treasurer - Financials update
- Other Business
Please note that we realize life is hectic
even in the summer months. If you can only spare a little of your time, we
would still encourage you to come and participate. We open with resident
issues first so that if your time is short you can voice concerns or make
comments and then leave the meeting. If you are able to stay, we
encourage that because we are very interested in what neighbors have to say,
their recommendations and what their opinions are.
