Our next Homeowners’ meeting is this Thursday, August
28. It will be at Cottonwood Creek
Elementary beginning at 7:00 p.m. ALL Cherry Creek Vista South residents
are welcome and encouraged to
attend.
The agenda will follow our basic procedure as follows:
- 1. Public Comment – air noise control or other comments, concerns or issues due to public
- 2. President’s Report – overview of information in neighborhood, issues, concerns
- 3. Vice President’s Report – covenants discussion, Yard of the Month ending soon
- 4. Secretary – community events update
- 5. Treasurer – financials update
- 6. Other Business – Open to residents, board members, residents for any information pertaining to the neighborhood or events upcoming or issues or concerns
