Dear Residents of Cherry Creek Vista South,

Our next Homeowners’ meeting is Tomorrow, Wednesday, May 13.  It will be at Cottonwood Creek Elementary beginning at 7:30 p.m.  

ALL Cherry Creek Vista South residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. 

The agenda will follow our basic procedure:

  1. Public Comment - air noise control, fire station, other comments, concerns or issues from neighbors.
  2. President's Report - over of information in neighborhood
  3. Vice President's Report - covenants 
  4. Secretary's Report - community events
  5. Treasurer's Report - financials, dues
  6. Other Business - open to residents, board members for any information pertaining to the neighborhood or issues
