Following the community meeting held on September 29, 2010, CCVSHOA is moving forward with renovating the landscaping and signage at Maplewood and Havana. In the median, the large upright rock will be removed, the drought tolerant grasses will be repositioned and accentuated, and the rest of the hardscape will be updated. Finally, cast metal lettering (similar to that used at the Orchard Gate and Sundance entrances) will be adhered to the brick wall at Orchard and Havana and at Havana and Maplewood.
In order to complete the renovation in accordance with the approved plans, CCVSHOA needs additional contributions to replace the "off kilter," weathered and worn streetlight with a new, updated street light similar to what has been placed at the Orchard Gate entrance. The lowest estimate we received to complete this work was directly from Xcel for $5,000. Please consider donating towards this final design element to make our renovation the best it can be!
