August Entrance Project Update

We are half way there!

CCVSHOA met with the Cherry Creek VIsta Park and Recreation District at their last public meeting regarding the entry project. We look forward to collaborating with the District to benefit our community.

Join us for two fun, local dining events to help us reach our goal to fund the entrance update:
  • Baskin Robbins (Belleview and Yosemite) Monday, August 30 from 4-8 pm
  • Noodles and Co. (Peoria and Arapahoe) Thursday, September 9
PLEASE MENTION CCVSHOA, AND PART OF THE PROCEEDS WILL GO TOWARDS THE PROJECT!

  1. Has a decision been made on which sign will go up if/when the funds are raised? I would be inclined to donate more if I knew which sign was chosen.

  2. Thank you for your question. The only decision that has been made is that based on the costs of the monument signage, the results of the fund raising effort so far, and the input from our community, we are pursuing various options to improve the landscape and provide signage at multiple locations instead of a single monument at Havana and Maplewood. By utilizing the brick fence as palate (as is done in several neighboring communities) we hope to provide an elegant solution that has more staying power then a single monument. We will keep everyone up to date with any renderings as they are developed. Your continued comments are welcome and will ultimately help us come to the best solution. Thanks!
