Dear Residents of Cherry Creek Vista South,

Our next Homeowners’ meeting is this Wednesday, July 15.  It will be at the Koelbel Library, 5955 S Holly Street, Centennial 80121, the forum room at 7:30 p.m.  ALL Cherry Creek Vista South residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. 

We have a couple of board members who are moving from our neighborhood and therefore will have a couple of open seats that need to be filled.  Please come to find out more and if this might be an opportunity for you to get involved move with the neighborhood.  

The agenda will follow our basic procedure as follows:

1. Public Comment - air noise control or other comments from residents, concerns or issues
2. President's Report - over of information in neighborhood, issues, concerns and review of minutes to be voted for approval
• Update for Attorney information for covenants
• Discussion on Open board seats 
3. Vice President's Report - Covenant discussion 
• Exterior improvement communication for paint colors, roofing
• Update on residents with severe home issues 
4. Secretary Report - community event update 
5. Treasurer - Financials update 
6. Other Business 

Please note that we realize life is busy.  If you can only spare a little of your time, we would still encourage you to come and participate.  We open with resident issues first so that if your time is short you can voice concerns or make comments and then leave the meeting.  If you are able to stay, we encourage that as well to obtain all the information from the meeting. 

We apologize in advance for the change of venue.  Unfortunately our usual meeting place is not available.  We will work to ensure future meetings are closer to the neighborhood.

Hello Cherry Creek Vista South Neighbors,

We hope that your summer is going well so far.  With all the repairs needed to be done in our neighborhood and it being so long since so much has needed to be done, we would like to just send out a friendly reminder:  

Cherry Creek Vista South is a covenant controlled community. This means that All exterior home paint colors and roofing materials need to be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.

Happy New Year and welcome to 2015!  We will be holding our next Homeowners Association (HOA) board meeting on Wednesday, January 14^th at 7:30 pm at Cottonwood Creek Elementary School. 

Every January the current board holds elections for officers and members at large whose term has expired.  It is a great time to get involved with your neighborhood Homeowners Association as a member, meeting attendee for neighborhood information or just a part-time volunteer for events.   All neighbors are Welcome.

The Cherry Creek Vista South Homeowner’s Association expresses its concern for the damages your property may have sustained from the hail storm on September 29, 2014.

The neighborhood has been flooded with roofing companies attempting to acquire your business.  Some of them may not be as reputable as others so please be cautious and do your research to ensure that the company you choose is legitimate.  Please be concerned if a roofing company claims to have spoken to the HOA, for the truth is, they have not.  The Homeowner's Association is not allowed by law to make any recommendations or referrals.   Your insurance company should be able to recommend a few companies from which you can obtain bids and make your best choice. 

Please refer to the Cherry Creek Vista South HOA website (www.ccvshoa.com) for information pertaining to:

1. Approved roofing materials and colors
2. Approved exterior house paint colors
3. Tips on selecting a legitimate roofer and avoiding scams 

This information can be found on the Home Page of the website on the left panel.
